Order Policy

In-Store Purchases:

For purchases in-store exceeding $500, Woosley's Shoes requires the presentation of a valid government-issued identification card that matches the name on the credit/debit card used for the purchase. This policy is in place to prevent fraudulent transactions and protect the interests of our customers.

Online Purchases:

For online orders, Woosley's requires that the billing and shipping address on the order match to prevent fraudulent transactions. If there is a discrepancy between the billing and shipping address, Woosley's Shoes reserves the right to cancel the order.
